Fun in the water........

Today I ventured down the lakeshore road, stopping at Nkhotakota and then on to Salima, arriving early afternoon.  I met a friend and we booked into one of the beach front lodges.  Late afternoon we went for a walk on a very crowded and busy beach (locals washing dishes, themselves and clothes, as well as people swimming and going out in speedboats - a very surreal experience!

How am I feeling?  Very mixed emotions today - its nice to be with someone who cares and lets me talk though!  I never realised I would feel such powerful emotions about leaving Malawi!
