I had a lovely afternoon, meeting up with three of my friends for a pre-Christmas lunch near London Bridge, a walk along the river looking at some of the Christmas stalls along there, then stopping off for mulled wine in a pub.   

In the evening, Daniel was feeling a little bit better after staying in all day and wanted to see 'Carol' at the cinema.  I went to see it last week, but really enjoyed it, so agreed to go for a second time...and enjoyed it just as much as the first time!
