Delightful sunny day again. Good (vita parcour) run with RT. Very "interesting" working day as expected - will see what interesting means ;)

Went down to the headquarter which is located at the lake for a meeting and took a picture of the new main office building which is being built between two existing #souvenir.

The highlight probably was a project dinner with DK, JH, AC and SM at L'Altro which is an Italian restaurant just behind those buildings. Taglierini fatto in casa with white truffels from Piedmont and a decent Barbaresco.

Taglierini [taʎʎeˈriːni] is a type of ribbon pasta. It is like tagliatelle but is a thinner version. It is a traditional recipe in Piedmont where it is called Tajarin and made of egg dough (pasta all'uovo). It is typically served with butter and truffles (tajarin ai tartufi) or meat roast sauce (tajarin al sugo di arrosto).
