Almost ready

In 5 days time, several rowers will set off on the adventure of their lives rowing 3,000 miles, some alone, some in pairs and some in a larger group. This is one of the boats I managed to take a shot of poking my camera through the barbed wire. The stuff to the left is all the provisions waiting to be packed for the journey. They row from San Sebasian, La Gomera to Antigua and the journey takes 30-60 days and the race is held on alternate years,
