If you go on cruises sailing from the UK, you will definitely visit Gibraltar at some time.  For the first time I did a Dolphin Watch tour and it was fantastic.  We saw lots of dolphins, but they were quite difficult to photograph with a little compact camera.  It was a fantastic experience and one I'd definitely recommend.
