Bitter

We picked up real Florida citrus on our drive back home. Strangely enough, LM likes grapefruit, despite bitterness. I do, too. The bitterness is arresting, and makes me much more conscious of the fact that I am eating something. The experience of eating bitterness definitely takes on a Zen tone ;-)
