Magic!!

The Christmas session of the Wildlife Trust Buckinghamshire midweek conservation team was held at my reserve today. They helped me with further hazel coppicing. Then there were baked potatoes from the bonfire with cheese and beans, minced pies and brownies...followed by a (really hard) quiz...and finally Gordon, a long-standing volunteer, entertaining all with his magic tricks. It was a productive work party and a wonderful social event.
