Changing countryside

We had never seen fields of this bamboo like plant until today.  In some areas it was in every field as far as we could see!  This is elephant grass that is grown as a bio-fuel and has many other diverse uses.  Along with wind farms and solar farms our agricultural landscape is rapidly changing!
