Milky Way.............

Not the best MW shot ever taken and frankly I don't have the experience to get the best out of an image like this. I could really do with a faster lens, the majority of wide field photographers are using either a 1.8 or 2.8 lens, where as my quickest lens is only 3.5. My 7D is very noisy when the ISO is cranked up to 3200. I'm in two minds whether or not to gat my self a 14mm 1.8 lens specifically for Astro imaging. May be a Chrimbo treat to myself.........
