A break in the weather!

Another wet and windy day today, but when the two ladies from the Gardens Department went off at three there was a short intermission. I rushed out with the camera and took a few pictures.

This is looking down the main lawn of the Inside Garden to the Alitex conservatory.

The extras are of a lovely grass (whose name escapes me) with a mahonia, and a still leafy branch of Cotinus 'Grace'.
