All quiet on the bridge

I travelled to Perth for a meeting today so had a good view of the Forth Road bridge (closed to traffic), the new bridge (under construction), and the rail bridge (which carried my train over to Fife).

Even though I wasn't feeling great, I managed to get through the meeting without anyone noticing anything unusual. However, as soon as I was back on the train all I wanted was my bed. I'm actually finding it a real effort to concentrate just to write these few words for my blip.

I'm sorry to have missed an event with ArcLight and Ridgeback13 this evening, and to have just cancelled all my meetings on campus tomorrow :-(

Exercise today: walking to and from railways stations (8,075 steps).
