Seal Heavyweight Championship

After taking the Nieces to school this morning we headed out to Donna Nook on the coast to observe the 4500 seals who visit every October - December to give birth to their young and once the pup is weaned, mate for the next time!  These male grey seals are fighting over the right to mate with a nearby female who has finished giving birth.  Interesting fact - 38% of the world's grey seal population are found in the waters around the UK.  Another day of multiple photos to choose from, then on to my sister Nicky's and Katie and Daniel for the evening where we had excellent Fish and Chips and met Katie's little pug puppy - see extra photo!
