Sam

I was at a party just now, to celebrate the impending sabbatical of the head of Physics. It was a great chance to practise taking portraits of my friends and colleagues!

This is Sam - I pretty much was running towards him trying out the burst shot function on Laureline's camera, whilst holding a glass of pink fizzy wine in shot. (The wine got me excited until I saw it was only 5%).

I quite like the spontaneity of this, even though it's not technically brilliant. Originally I was going to blip my friend Alfie but he'll just have to wait til another day!

Edit to add: Sam is a postgraduate research student here. I figured I should say something more about him than he was at the same party as me!
