Bird Watching

The Amsterdam herons are a bit less nervous than the East Lothian ones. Must be something in the atmosphere.

It's only an 80 minute flight here then a ten minute train - why have I never done this before?

We are staying in a great apartment just off Dam square and after a fortifying Turkish pizza enjoyed a two hour boat trip along the canals with the added benefit of seeing all the installations in the light festival.
