Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne.

In spite of the opulent boats moored here, there's no buzz, atmosphere, or indeed people about this place. Went to the shopping area, where they have some big names, but very few shoppers. It may be that this is a bit remote from the centre of town - Eastbourne itself is pretty busy.
