4 months comes round quickly ...

... and the appointment for my next blood donation on a Friday in 4 months time takes me to April 15th - which is a son's birthday and seemingly a long way away. Christmas and Easter will be behind me.

The nurses were laughing today because the church hall was so cold, they joked that everyone's veins were 'hiding'. I can't see that as funny myself. It just hurts more.
