Father Christmas

What an awful, awful day.  Rained all day and never really became daylight.
This is a rather nice Father Christmas ornament that we have had for a good many years.  It is back-lit by a standard wax candle and always looks warm and cheerful.  We needed him today :-)
The flood warning siren went off in Hebden Bridge late this afternoon. I hope both the rivers Calder and Hebden don't overflow.
