Our Beautiful Game

I went to see the film about the art collector Peggy Guggenheim at Home this afternoon. She has an interesting life story but the film didn't really hold my attention as much as it could have. I had some time to kill beforehand so nipped into the Football Museum to get out of the rain. I'm not a fan of the game but the short film playing on the first floor capturing a month in the life of English football is brilliant. It includes all levels from the Premier league to kicking about on the street, in a field or on the beach. I understand it brought a tear to the eye of Bobby Charlton as it includes his childhood team in Ashington.
