Baptism

It was a day of religious festivity and adventure in Zihuatanejo.   The main events were related to the multi-day celebration of the appearance of the Virgen de Guadalupe.  Earlier in the day, the local constabulary apprehended a somewhat intoxicated young man who insisted on swimming in the ocean in the nude, and up the beach a distance a group of Pentecostals held a baptism in the ocean.  You can see the "virgins" awaiting their turn to be immersed.
