Frosty

In the early hours of this morning, I saw my first Geminid. Only a small one, but the peak of the meteorite shower is not until tomorrow, when there may be up to 120 per hour. Here's hoping for more clear skies.

There was a sharp frost and everything looked very beautiful. I had been meaning to photograph these lovely red cotoneaster leaves for a while and this morning they looked  extra-special with a frosty edging.

The frost stayed all day. I have just been out on a short bike ride and it was...invigorating. I have frosty edges, which are about to be melted away by some tomato and butterbean soup :-)
