Farewell, leather settee

I have been fostering this leather settee while its owner, to whom I am close, decided what to do with it. Two years on, it goes to her daughter and I am glad because the settee and I never really got on. With my head at one end my feet stuck out too far at the other and my lumbar region sank into the void between the cushions. That said, it has done me no harm and I wish it well in its new home. Now I must turn my attention to furniture that will have more of a fit with not only my back but also my books and art which are decidedly modern.
