Glimmer...

...of an Aurora!  You just need to squint a lot to see it ;)

6.7kp tonight, but thick cloud in Dundee, so made the 60-odd mile round trip to Montrose chasing a break in the cloud.  Sadly conditions were not much better there.  We could make out the green glow coming and going but as I took my first (and only) shot the rain started and we decided to give up.

A few lucky people got great images further North and West tonight.

Consolation prize was a lovely fish supper in Arbroath on the way home!
