Wind Power

Today I went to Amsterdam. This was never one of my favourite cities, possibly because I came from The Hague as far as my Dutch life is concerned.

Weather has been fantastic. Sunshine and hot all day. I could not have asked for more. We visited a small collection of wind turbines 17th century style. This was followed by a visit to a town on the Zuider Sea (as I like to call it.

Back to the hotel parched. Should have bought a bottle of water earlier today. Gave me the chance to obtain a couple of beers to aid recovery. Nice dinner and so to bed!!
