It's a start.

Finally found some real turquoise waters at Liang Beach, and some fish too.  Nothing huge but every fish was a work of art (well maybe not the ever present lizardfish), this one being some type of snapper I think.

Snorkelling was equally as good.  Probably more species in a couple of hundred metres of beach and reef than the whole of Europe. Unfortunately there were equally impressive numbers of plastic bag fish too...
