'Eight a day'

An emergency Blip as I've been out all day but not able to get a suitable photo. Our stir fry dinner tonight with Baked Fish......eight vegetable plus Coriander!

We went to see Simon in his college show this morning....a very humbling experience, most of the students were mentally and physically disabled and all in wheelchairs. We count our blessings. The drama teacher was brilliant with them all ...at Lewes College...the production was 'Snow White'.......Simon had three parts...The Woodcutter, The Priest and The Prince. The key workers joined in and were very enthusiastic.
