Fast response

Given that much of the town centre is now pedestrianized this is more appropriate than a car. The officer stood out of shot to the left and I asked what was in the carrier on the back. I'd hoped it might be a sort of "Mary Poppins" type thing packed with traffic cones and ladders and a stretcher but, disappointingly, it just has his bottle of water and it's used for whatever he collects during his day.
