Blue

One of my favourite buildings in Leeds, Bridge House, along with one of the distinctive blue phone boxes that act as free wi-fi hubs in the city.

For phone box geeks, these are reconditioned K6 boxes although painted blue to evoke a hi-tec Tardis. (Which to continue with phone box geekery is problematic, as the Tardis is based on a police box, not a public telephone kiosk, but there we go.)

For railway geeks the notable event of the day was my train into Leeds stopping at Apperley Bridge, a new station that opened last weekend.
