One Crowded Hour

By GlassRoad

pretty in pink, too

Not quite the flashy fungi in pink of a previous blip but pink nonetheless.

After 25+ years of traipzing through the Western Australian bush it still never ceases to surprise when patches of colour suddenly appear in the usually very grey-green palette that greets the eye.
By the end of wildflower season when all sorts of colourful and sometimes strange flowers and plants have painted the landscape we may be a tad ho-hum with it all. And then by the next midwinter, the surprise will start again.
