Notes: Swam laps and then did things around the house and online. Got in a little pool time, did some laundry and cleaning and ran to Publix, post office and picked up a loaf of fresh ciabatta down the street. Dinner at Al's with Gary & Gloria and Trish - Al made spaghetti carbonara.
