This stall on Todmorden Market was ready for 'Christmas Jumper Day'. You name it - he was selling it.  
Unfortunately it was a wet and dreary day which seemed to be discouraging any potential customers - or, maybe, 'Christmas Jumper Day' was something the inhabitants of Todmorden were not yet ready to embrace.
