My amazing sister

Today's blip is a cheat ....I have copied a photo taken of my sister and posted on FB because I thought this was too special to miss. My sister, who lives in MN , works in the local Raptor Centre and was involved today in rescuing this wonderful ( but very ill) bird which arrived in her garden yesterday. She monitored it overnight and today they caught it. Sadly it may have lead poisoning , in which case it's chances are very slim.

Sally has just told me that sadly the eagle didn't survive :(
