New mosaic

Even although I feel ill I had to jump and do this shot for my friend who is parish priest in this church. 

He commissioned this mosaic as a backdrop to the altar. 

The work was carried out by Polish artists from Warsaw and comprises 6,000 pieces of reflective art. The three artists were lovely and extremely hard working. Not only did they complete the mosaic but they also repaired a further stained-glass window and asked for ladders to go round the whole church cleaning the gutters!
