I made porridge and tried to use up some of my fruit today. I was reading "Sweet Nothing" by Nicole Mowbray, which is a journey to giving up sugar. I'm all for it, but I can't seem to kick the fruit....

My Gramps was a big fruit eater, and I take after him. He lived till 90 so it can't be that bad? 

I had two slices of roast beef and turkey with spinach for brekkie this morning. I couldn't face it first thing so I had it once I was up and dressed. The porridge followed a few hours later as I'm more of a grazer than a meal person. 

Gym tonight, I want to work hard.
