Falling Blossom

Our front drive has looked a bit like a church courtyard the last few days as the blossom from the winter flowering cherry has fallen in the rain and winds and looks a bit like confetti.  Some still remains, holding on tenaciously to the branches.  I just loved the colours in the bright morning sunshine.
