Totally Spent!!!

Poor Mimi was worked so so hard today. She was training with Scotland again and her coach was relentless she took hundreds of shots and was totally focused through out.

Here we see her in the last ten minutes of the session where she came to the barrier to take on some water her coaches glove leaning on the glass just above her head, she was blowing hard gulping in air as she tried to grab her breath for the final stint in between the pipes.

Mimi was amazing today making stop after stop and loving every minute of it.  Nathan sought me out after the session to say how pleased he is with her progress, her effort, enthusiasm and how she is a joy to coach, I was beyond proud, she is a true star and I am simply humbled by her humility.
