At the Bus Stop

Our last day in Christchurch which started off at +33C.  Pretty hot if you ask me!  While waiting for our bus to take us south, a tram pulled up at the tram stop, while a doubledecker red bus was waiting for passengers to embark on the sight seeing tour of Christchurch.  The heat remained with us until we headed inland, and it cooled down to a balmy +27C.  It was a long day as we left Christchurch at 10.30 a.m. this morning, and arrived in Wanaka at 6 p.m.

We did have a lovely few days with my relations showing us all the lovely scenic areas of Christchurch.  It was a special time and a trip to remember with fondness.
