I'm still not well. I'm blowing my nose permanently.

A nice Blipper has recommended that I take propolis, a bee glue. I'll try anything. It tastes disgusting.

I've been to the hospital with Mr F today as he doesn't sleep very well. He is currently asleep with a heart monitor on his finger. We then have to take it in so that they can see if he suffers from sleep apnea.

The trees by the Cathedral look really pretty. There was a very large queue of people waiting to go in. I assume that they were going to a carol service.
