Cycle crash, road rash...

Ouch, I skidded while trying to dodge an overhanging branch on a cycle path today while cycling to work. This caused me to hit a lamp post head on and come to a dead stop, bashing my knee and elbow and picking up this fine road rash. I discovered that it is almost impossible to bandage your own elbow!
