Blipvent Calendar 22 : Reindeer

Another day of constant rain, although the dog walk this morning wasn't too bad. This afternoon H had a follow up appointment with her Podiatrist. A couple of months ago I thought she might be a bit flat footed so I got a referall for her. They gave her insoles for her shoes and some stretching exercises and the difference has been amazing. She has virtually no pain in her knees and hips anymore and her joints have almost stopped going out of place. She said it felt nice to walk so goodness know how much pain she was in. She's been discharged now so she's quite happy.
