Christmas past

Merrilhope set a challenge for throwback Thursday, over the last few weeks it has been Christmas past.

These were the Christmas cake decorations that my mother-in-law used for many years so they have been part of my husband's Christmases since before I was. Alas, my cake decoration skills do not run to marzipan and icing but luckily no longer do his tastebuds!
