Christmas Eve fun

Finally feeling back on top form and have caught up in my blips. Will check in on all your journals now. Have missed a few days as I was avoiding the screen to encourage my headache to disappear. All good now :)

We said goodbye to Elvis the Elf this morning. He left Leo some Christmas Eve goodies before heading off to the North Pole ready for the big night ahead ( extra) When Leo read the card saying goodbye, his little chin wobbled and he had to have a cuddle. He said that 'Elvis has been such a good friend this year, I will really miss him!' Awwww!

We had an early start and popped to M&S to pick up all our food goodies for tomorrow. All is safely stashed in the fridge now - rather precariously in order to squish it all in!

We have all enjoyed a game of Christmas Monopoly, which the elves kindly brought for our entertainment today. In non Christmas spirit I managed to bankrupt everyone :)

Won't be long before we have to think about bath time and then goodies for Santa and the reindeer and then a good night's sleep before an early waking to all the fun and excitement of tomorrow.
