Cramond Island

We went to see my mother this morning, had lunch and then went out for a walk. We went to Cramond and then up the Almond and back. The blip is from the start of the causeway to Cramond Island. We'd never seen the tide so full; it is a full moon I guess. The extra is an experiment taken at the weir upstream on the river. I set a long exposure and then zoomed in; it's unusual, but quite effective.
