Snow!

It started to snow just as we unpacked all the food at the cabin.
There is about 4 inches on the ground now so my fingers are crossed that we don't have to head back too soon. The SUV can handle a foot of unplowed snow but recent forecasts list max ranges at 2 feet. The last 1 mile of road to the cabin is never plowed and the previous 9 miles are plowed when the Forest Service gets to it.
We went for a walk in the late afternoon and Boone went crazy as always- he loves the cold and snow.
Fingers crossed we not have to head back too soon.
