Apple & Blue Tit

We had the QSM over for lunch today - it was fun as always.  I do enjoy cooking (once I actually start).  And it was a pleasure to watch her demolish her first plate and then have seconds.

After lunch we went for a little walk - it was at least 14°C (57°F) and sunny outside, we didn't need jackets really.  It was lovely to be out in the fresh air and to notice how quiet it was (quiet is underrated).

Here you see a blue tit (eine Blaumeise) who has done some serious damage to an apple (go large).
