Cruelty to animals

Last day of piece and quiet before J’s brother and his family come up later tonight. Managed to not have to go into work this morning so I could sort stuff out in the flat. Came down with a cold as well and feel like crap.

Managed to get the turkey prepped and the veg done for tomorrow. Started to cook the salmon and lamb for the 8 of us tonight. The Gifford’s arrive around 7pm on the train with no issues and Kilda had a shock with the amount of people and attention especially from GGG who is only 9. Took Kilda to the big gardens down the street, that we have keys for today. She had a great time running between us as we called her. She was glad to be able to get out and sniff. From there we went up town for a look around the shops. She got lots of attention sat outside phase 8 and in the Christmas market before we came home.
