Lemonade?

The intention was to put some lemon juice in the white zin. However, I forgot and drank the wine straight.

Yesterday I did a clean pick of my lemon tree in anticipation of a frosty night. Today, for freezing, I juiced about three dozen lemons and packaged two 2 cup containers and two ice cube trays of lemon juice. Also I packed a baggie full of zest for freezing.

Testing will decide if one or two cubes in my iced tea will result in a satisfactory  Arnold Palmer!

I still have another there dozen lemons in the garage. Maybe I'll try to freeze lemon slices and lemon wedges.
