The Magic of Christmas Music

The Church of St Mary and St Michael at Mistley, once again played host to this Christmas concert. The local schools got together to demonstrate their singing and performing prowess for the benefit of parents and locals from the Rotary Club, who in turn forwarded the proceeds to local charities.
Miss C performed in the Lawford Primary School Choir, swiftly delivered by me following a tortuous journey from Southampton via the M25 and a nail-bitingly close arrival home to get her to the church on time. So glad we made it, as hindsight shows (this is a back-blip) that I would miss the carol concert at St Mary’s in Lawford in favour of a visit to Italy for work.
