Dawn

There was a spectacular streaky dawn this morning - this was in the latter stages, just as the sun was coming up, but I've put some of my earlier shots on Flickr, starting here. 

Having been out before 8am to take these I suddenly remembered that I had been planning to do a Mono Monday shot - but the subject this week is Room 101, and though there are plenty of things that normally drive me wild with irritation, just at the moment I'm into positive thinking and I couldn't immediately bring any to mind. Apart from our current Glorious Leaders, that is, and if I owned one I'd be far more inclined to point a gun at them than a camera.

So a dawn shot it is today.

I saw on Blipfoto Friends earlier this evening that word has started to spread about the blipmeet which Chantler63 and I are setting up in Stratford upon Avon on 27th January. If you're in the vicinity we'd be delighted if you'd care to join us; we're planning to meet at around 11am, kicking off with coffee - possibly at Carluccio's on Waterside.
