Time Is Running Out....for 2015

The Mono Monday theme is Room 101.

Can I banish over complicated instructions to Room 101 please?

This is the manual the comes with this watch.
Bear in mind, that this watch is solar powered, constantly updates the time via radio signal and lights up in the dark automatically when tilted towards your face.
Therefore, the likelihood I will ever have to adjust it, is very slim (unlike the manual).

Obviously the very day I need to know what time it is in Kathmandu, the manual will be lost in a drawer somewhere.
