Evening,
Well had a great day at work and then a lovely
Dinner from M&S was amazing.

Well TFL decided to send me a rather informative email today infact something I could have written to them 12 months ago.

"I am writing to let you know that there will be travel hotspots across London during the Games. Stratford will be a venue station and will be exceptionally busy. Unless you are attending an event, please avoid using this station if you can."

On another Olympic note the block of flats in the background have just had a studio built on top of them for the BBC coverage.
